Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
You should receive your order within 5-7 business days from purchase.

Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up daily between 10:00am to 4:00pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days, after processing. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping to anywhere within Australia.

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat rate shipping: We offer $10.00 flat rate shipping on all orders.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

IMPORTANT NOTE
If purchasing a liquid foundation from our Jane Iredale range. We will supply a tester of your shade for you to trial and use before opening your full size product to ensure it is right for you.

Refunds

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. In this instance, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will exchange for your selected product if it is in stock or add a credit to your product account.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@skinfluenceclinic.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
